Delivery Information

Some services include free posting if stated so. Where the postage is not included we will offer you the bellow selection of the Royal Mail delivery services.

-     The Post card Kisses will be dispatched as Letters.

-     Letters delivery prices are:
- UK 1^st Class Royal Mail Free - 1 day delivery
- UK 1^st Class Signed for Royal Mail £1.77 - 1 day delivery
- International Standard Royal Mail Free - 5-7 days delivery
- International Tracked and Signed for Royal Mail £6 - 5-7 days delivery

-     The Paper Kisses, Audio Kisses and the Video Kisses will be dispatched as Large Letters (due to the wax seal) with the following dimensions: max length 35.3cm, max width 25cm, max thickness 2.5cm and max weight of 750 gr.

         Large Letters delivery prices are:
- UK 1^st Class Royal Mail Free - 1 day delivery
- UK 1^st Class Signed for Royal Mail £2.75 - 1 day delivery
- International Standard Royal Mail £7.10 - 5-7 days delivery
- International Tracked and Signed for Royal Mail £11.15 - 5-7 days delivery

For the same day dispatch orders must be submitted before 1pm-GMT, Monday to Friday. All weekend and bank holiday orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail advises that 90% of all First Class post arrives the next day but it can take up to 3 working days to arrive. For the international post services delivery takes between 5-7 working days.

UK 1^st Class Signed for is not a tracked product, but you can use the Track and Trace to see electronic signature free of charge.

International Tracked and signed is tracked in the UK and overseas. You can view the journey of your Kisses online right through to delivery.
